Licensing

Every listing has a License menu. The files are the same for each option. The license is what changes, so pick the one that matches what you're making.

Personal

  • Personal projects of every kind. Your own invitations, journals, gifts, and crafts.
  • Nothing made with it is sold, and nothing is made for a client.

Commercial

Everything in Personal, plus:

  • Client work, unlimited projects, as long as the art lives inside a finished design. Invitations, signage, menus, branding, and the rest.
  • Physical products for sale, up to 500 total copies per design.
  • Finished digital pieces that are flattened and non-extractable, like an invitation PDF or a social graphic.

Extended Commercial

Everything in Commercial, plus:

  • Unlimited physical copies. No counting.
  • Print on demand marketplaces and fulfillment.
  • Digital products for sale where the art is a main feature, like templates, planners, and printables, as long as the files stay flattened and non-extractable.
  • Small wholesale runs of finished goods.

Fonts

Fonts are licensed by where they'll live.

  • Desktop installs the font on one computer for print, packaging, social graphics, and client work.
  • Webfont puts it on a website, priced by monthly pageviews.
  • E-pub covers one ebook title.
  • App puts it inside an app, priced by monthly users.

At any license, never

  • Reselling, sharing, or redistributing the files themselves, or repackaging them into other clipart, SVG, font, or template listings, no matter how altered.
  • Trademarking anything made with the art. You can use it in a logo, but the logo can't be registered, because other people can buy the same drawings.
  • Passing the files to someone who hasn't bought them. A client can receive the finished design. The files stay with you.
  • Using the art to train AI or machine-learning tools.
  • Claiming the drawings as your own. They're licensed to you generously and they stay mine.
